SALES POLICIES 2026 | REVISION 01
I. GENERAL POLICY
1. Pricing
- The listed prices in price list apply to standard products and do not include VAT, shipping, packaging, or insurance fees.
- Products not included in price list, non-standard products, or those requiring separate inspection or certification will be quoted separately.
- NFK reserves the right to adjust the announced prices in cases where the price list or quotation has expired
- Prices may change if customer requests changes in materials, structure, dimensions, delivery date, or in case of force majeure events.
- NFK may apply a minimum order value for each order.
2. Ordering
- Orders must be placed in writing (Quotation, Drawing, PO, Contract, etc.) and must provide complete technical information (product code, size, connection type, pressure rating, material, applications, etc.).
- When placing an order, customers must specify documents or certificates which they require from manufacturer. If requested after order confirmation, NFK reserves the right to refuse or charge additional fees.
- Customers must specify any special packaging requirements (if any) or requirements different from NFK’s standards (Refer to NFK’s packaging procedure). If requested after order confirmation, NFK reserves the right to refuse or charge additional fees.
- Order modifications or cancellations can only be made with NFK’s written consent. If customers cancel the order, all incurred costs must be paid.
- Non-standard or large quantity orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, unless customer compensates for incurred costs.
3. Payment
- Payment terms will be specified in the PO/contract for each specific order. Credit guarantee or letter of credit may be required if the credit limit is exceeded.
- In case of late payment, NFK reserves the right to delay delivery, charge late interest, and handle violations as follows:

- Second: Warning and review of debt terms
- Third: Suspension of debt recognition for all new orders until further notice.
4. Delivery
- Available goods can be delivered at the factory within 3 working days; unavailable goods will have a specific delivery date notified before order confirmation.
- Delivery time may be affected by force majeure factors (natural disasters, strikes, technical incidents, etc.).
- For deliveries at the factory, customer bears the risk once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
- If customer delays pickup:
- After 1 month from the official delivery notice and accompanying documents, NFK has the right to issue the official invoice.
- For orders with stainless steel connectors products: Free storage support for up to 6 months from the official delivery notice and accompanying documents.
- For orders with carbon steel/black steel connectors products: Free storage support for up to 3 months from the official delivery notice and accompanying documents.
- After the above storage period, NFK may charge storage fees and does not guarantee the product’s appearance remains 100% new.
5. Warranty
- The warranty period starts from the date of VAT invoice issuance.
- Product warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not include reinstallation costs for replacement products. (Refer to NFK’s warranty policy.)
- Warranty does not exceed the product’s value.
- If the product is modified, the warranty will be void.
6. Complaints & Returns
- Complaints about shortages or damage must be notified in writing within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- Other complaints (appearance, documents, related certificates, etc.) must be notified within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- Returns require NFK’s written consent and are only applicable within 30 days. Returned products must be unused, unmodified, and well-preserved. The buyback price is up to 80% of the returned product’s price (excluding VAT and shipping costs).
- Returns are not accepted for custom-designed products or those with non-standard certification.
7. Ownership
- Products remain the property of NFK until full payment is made.
- Customers must store separately, preserve well according to NFK’s instructions (Refer to NFK’s storage instructions), not damage or obscure labels, and maintain insurance for the goods (if required) until payment is completed
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- Trademarks and designs: Customers may not use, copy, reproduce, transfer, or exploit any trademark, logo, trade name, industrial design, or product design owned by NFK for any purpose without written consent.
- Technical documents: All technical documents, drawings, specifications, user manuals, software, and technological processes provided by NFK are NFK’s intellectual property. Customers may only use them to fulfill the contract and may not transfer or disclose them without written consent.
- Information confidentiality: Customers commit to keeping all information related to NFK’s intellectual property confidential and not disclosing it to third parties in any form.
- Intellectual property infringement: If the customer violates, NFK has the right to demand immediate cessation, claim damages, and initiate legal proceedings as prescribed by law.
- Validity: Intellectual property regulations are effective from the time the customer receives documents, products, or information from NFK and remain effective after the contract between both parties ends.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes arising will be resolved at the Hung Yen court where NFK is headquartered.
II. PROJECT SALES POLICY
1. Quotation
- NFK does not apply exclusive sales regulations.
- Quotation conditions: Customers must provide complete and accurate information in writing, including Project Name, Project Location, Bill of Quantities, and Product Technical Requirements.
- If information is incomplete or inaccurate, NFK reserves the right to refuse to quote.
- If the customer intentionally provides false project information, NFK will handle violations as follows:
- First: Reminder
- Second: Warning, reduction of credit limit. Consider suspension of consulting, technical support, quotation, and product supply services.
- Third: Suspension of all consulting, technical support, quotation, and product supply services.
Customers may only be quoted for product codes provided by the manufacturer’s price list corresponding to the project field agreed upon by both parties. (Refer to agency/distributor certification letter.) For codes not yet officially priced, customers should contact NFK for support in each specific case.
- If the customer offers product models outside the price list scope without NFK’s consent, NFK reserves the right to refuse service and apply the above violation handling measures.
- If the customer places an order without prior project information, NFK reserves the right to refuse the order.

- Basis and priority order for customer protection in the project
- Time of sending quotation request
- Completeness, detail, and accuracy of project-related information
- Frequency and accuracy of project progress updates after quotation request
- Sales support letter: Issued by the manufacturer to help customers prove clear product origin, stipulate manufacturer’s responsibility in supporting, consulting, and supplying products for the project.
2. Payment Conditions
- Progress payment may be applied: advance payment, payment by project completion stages, bank guarantee, etc.
- Specific payment conditions will be agreed upon in the project contract.
3. Delivery Conditions and Accompanying Services
- Delivery may be made in multiple batches as required by the project.
- NFK may provide installation consulting and operation training services if requested, with costs to be agreed separately.
4. Extended Warranty and Maintenance Policy
- Warranty period may be longer than the standard warranty (12 months).
- Periodic maintenance and servicing after warranty may be provided at preferential rates for the project.
5. Special Incentive Terms for Projects
- Special commercial discounts for large-value projects or strategic customers.
- Free technical support: design consulting, product selection, installation and operation guidance.
- Support for transportation and on-site delivery for large-value projects or strategic customers.
- Support for legal documents, quality certification, technical documents, and acceptance records. Any additional costs (if any) will be clarified and agreed upon before signing the official contract.
- Other incentives will be agreed separately and specified in the project contract.
