• Gender: Male
• Experience in TIG welding (candidates with welding certification are preferred).
• Good health, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
• Responsible and compliant with company regulations.

• Perform TIG welding work in accordance with technical procedures.
• Read and interpret drawings, inspect weld quality.
• Ensure workplace safety during operations.

• Basic salary: 6,507,000 VND
• Welding skills assessment after 1 month + additional allowance if holding a Japanese language certificate
• Total allowances up to 2,500,000 VND
• Full social insurance (BHXH) and health insurance (BHYT) benefits as per Vietnamese law
• Overtime allowance, lunch allowance
• Bonuses: National Day, New Year, Lunar New Year, and 13th-month bonus
• Company trips 1–2 times per year (Domestic/International)
