Job Description
- Reception duties
- Manage records, documents, and filing
- Support departments in administrative tasks
- Receive and handle phone calls, emails, and incoming documents
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors
※ Guidance will be provided during the initial period
