NFK Vietnam Strengthens Workforce Capabilities Through Training Program in Japan

From December 6 to 15, 2025, representatives from Sales and Production departments of NFK Vietnam Co., Ltd. participated in a training program at the company’s headquarters in Japan. The program was designed to help the team gain deeper insights into production processes, management models, and corporate culture in a market widely recognized for its discipline and operational efficiency.

Exposure to Japan’s Standardized Operational Model

During the training period, NFK Vietnam delegation took part in specialized training sessions and visited nine production workshops employing more than 161 staff members. The team also explored the management software system that has been used consistently and effectively for over 20 years.

Order processing, warehouse management, and internal communication are all carried out through highly structured, unified, and automated procedures. These observations highlight that synchronized operations play a crucial role in maintaining high productivity and product quality parent company.

The training program provided valuable opportunities to learn more about specialized product lines, including PTFE-lined hoses, Vacuum, Cleanroom application models, and Rubber-lined hoses. These product categories show strong potential for future production expansion in Vietnam, contributing to a more diverse portfolio and enhancing NFK Vietnam’s competitiveness.

Practical Value for Operations in Vietnam

Through this program, NFK Vietnam team gained additional technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and new perspectives on production management. These insights are expected to support ongoing improvements in internal processes, enhance service quality, and strengthen customer consultation capabilities.

Post‑Training Development Orientation

Based on the lessons learned in Japan, NFK Vietnam aims to:

• Enhance employee training following Japanese standards
• Optimize internal workflows for greater efficiency
• Consider expanding production of new product lines in Vietnam
